Refund & Return Policy — Makers UAE

At Makers UAE, we want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy is prepared in line with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.
1. Returns (Change of Mind)
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included.
- You provide the order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us via the Contact page, email, or WhatsApp before shipping any item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is defective:
- Custom and made-to-order 3D printed products (items printed to your specifications, custom colors, personalized items).
- Opened filament spools and other consumables once the seal or packaging is opened.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, we will, at no cost to you, offer one of the following:
- Repair of the item;
- Replacement with an identical or equivalent item; or
- A full refund, including original delivery charges.
Return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items is covered by Makers UAE.
4. 3D Printers & Electronics
Bambu Lab printers and other electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months from the date of purchase, per the manufacturer's terms). Warranty claims cover manufacturing defects only and do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, or normal wear of consumable parts (nozzles, build plates, belts). Contact us to process any warranty claim and we will coordinate with the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
5. Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Bank and card processing times may add a few business days.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer; we will request your account details (IBAN).
- For change-of-mind returns, original delivery fees and return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund in accordance with Section 5.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Custom 3D print orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
8. Contact & Governing Law
For any return, refund, or warranty request, contact Makers UAE via our Contact page or WhatsApp. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.
سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال — ميكرز الإمارات (Makers UAE)

في ميكرز الإمارات، نحرص على رضاكم التام عن كل عملية شراء. أُعدّت هذه السياسة بما يتوافق مع القانون الاتحادي رقم (15) لسنة 2020 في شأن حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ولوائحه التنفيذية.
1. الاسترجاع (تغيير الرأي)
يمكنكم إرجاع معظم المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بالشروط التالية:
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية وفي عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات والأدلة والهدايا المرفقة.
- تقديم رقم الطلب أو ما يثبت الشراء.
لبدء عملية الإرجاع، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب قبل شحن أي منتج. قد لا تُقبل المنتجات المرتجعة دون موافقة مسبقة.
2. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التالية، إلا في حال وجود عيب فيها:
- المنتجات المطبوعة ثلاثية الأبعاد حسب الطلب (المنتجات المصنّعة وفق مواصفاتكم أو بألوان مخصصة أو المنتجات الشخصية).
- بكرات الخيوط (الفلامنت) المفتوحة وغيرها من المواد الاستهلاكية بعد فتح العبوة أو فض الغلاف.
- المنتجات المعروضة ضمن التصفية النهائية أو الموضح عند شرائها أنها غير قابلة للإرجاع.
- بطاقات الهدايا.
3. المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو المخالفة للطلب
إذا وصلكم منتج معيب أو تالف أو مختلف عمّا طلبتموه، يُرجى إبلاغنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور للمنتج والعبوة. ووفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك الإماراتي، نوفر لكم دون أي تكلفة أحد الخيارات التالية:
- إصلاح المنتج؛
- استبداله بمنتج مطابق أو معادل له؛
- استرداد كامل المبلغ شاملًا رسوم التوصيل الأصلية.
وتتحمل ميكرز الإمارات تكاليف شحن إرجاع المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو المخالفة للطلب.
4. الطابعات ثلاثية الأبعاد والأجهزة الإلكترونية
تخضع طابعات Bambu Lab وسائر الأجهزة الإلكترونية لضمان الشركة المصنّعة (عادةً 12 شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء وفق شروط الشركة المصنّعة). يشمل الضمان عيوب التصنيع فقط، ولا يشمل الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو التركيب الخاطئ أو التعديل غير المصرح به أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي للقطع الاستهلاكية (الفوهات، ألواح الطباعة، الأحزمة). يُرجى التواصل معنا لمعالجة أي مطالبة ضمان وسنقوم بالتنسيق مع الشركة المصنّعة أو الموزع المعتمد.
5. طريقة ومدة استرداد المبالغ
- تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
- تتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 14 يومًا من استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، وقد تضيف البنوك وشركات البطاقات بضعة أيام عمل إضافية.
- بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، يُعاد المبلغ عبر تحويل بنكي، وسنطلب بيانات حسابكم البنكي (IBAN).
- في حالات الإرجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي، يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل الأصلية وتكاليف شحن الإرجاع، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد.
6. الاستبدال
يخضع الاستبدال لتوفر المخزون. وفي حال عدم توفر المنتج البديل المطلوب، نقوم باسترداد المبلغ وفقًا للبند (5).
7. إلغاء الطلب
يمكن إلغاء الطلب مجانًا قبل شحنه. أما طلبات الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد المخصصة فيمكن إلغاؤها قبل بدء الإنتاج فقط.
8. التواصل والقانون الواجب التطبيق
لأي طلب استرجاع أو استرداد أو ضمان، يُرجى التواصل مع ميكرز الإمارات عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" أو الواتساب. تخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ولا يحد أي بند فيها من حقوقكم المقررة بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك الإماراتي.
