Purchase Options Cancellation Policy — Makers UAE

This policy explains how to cancel purchase options offered on makersuae.com — such as pre-orders, back-in-stock orders, subscriptions, and installment purchases — and forms part of our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.

1. Standard Orders

Standard orders for in-stock items may be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Pre-orders and backorders may be cancelled for a full refund of any amount paid (including deposits) at any time before the item is dispatched.
  • If the expected availability date of a pre-ordered item changes significantly, we will notify you, and you may choose to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.
  • To cancel, contact us with your order number via the Contact page, email, or WhatsApp.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items (including custom 3D printed products) may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins.
  • Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the item is non-returnable except in the case of defects, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases

Where subscription or recurring purchase options are offered (for example, filament refill plans):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the Site or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Amounts already charged for an order that has been dispatched, or is in preparation for dispatch, are not refundable as a cancellation, but the delivered products remain subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
  • Any promotional pricing tied to a minimum subscription period will end upon early cancellation, and future orders (if any) revert to standard pricing. We do not charge exit fees.

5. Installment & Deferred Payment Purchases (BNPL)

  • Orders paid through installment or buy-now-pay-later providers (such as Tabby or Tamara, where offered) follow the same cancellation rules above.
  • Upon an approved cancellation or refund, we notify the payment provider, which will cancel or adjust your remaining installments and refund amounts paid in accordance with its own terms and timelines. Any fees charged directly by the provider are governed by your agreement with that provider.

6. Refunds Following Cancellation

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Cash-on-delivery amounts, where already paid, are refunded by bank transfer.

7. Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel any order or subscription in cases of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery-area limitations. In such cases you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the cancelled order.

8. Contact

To cancel any purchase option or check the status of a cancellation, contact us via the Contact page on the Site or through our published WhatsApp or email channels, quoting your order number. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

توضح هذه السياسة كيفية إلغاء خيارات الشراء المتاحة عبر makersuae.com — مثل الطلب المسبق وطلبات إعادة التوفير والاشتراكات والشراء بالتقسيط — وتُعد جزءًا من شروط الخدمة وسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

1. الطلبات العادية

يمكن إلغاء الطلبات العادية للمنتجات المتوفرة في المخزون مجانًا في أي وقت قبل الشحن. وبعد شحن الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه، إلا أنه قد يكون مؤهلًا للإرجاع وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

2. الطلب المسبق وطلبات إعادة التوفير

  • يمكن إلغاء الطلبات المسبقة وطلبات إعادة التوفير مع استرداد كامل المبالغ المدفوعة (بما فيها العربون) في أي وقت قبل شحن المنتج.
  • إذا تغيّر تاريخ التوفر المتوقع لمنتج مطلوب مسبقًا تغيّرًا جوهريًا، فسنبلغكم بذلك، ويمكنكم عندها الإبقاء على الطلب أو إلغاؤه مع استرداد كامل المبلغ.
  • للإلغاء، يُرجى التواصل معنا مع ذكر رقم الطلب عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب.

3. المنتجات المخصصة والمصنّعة حسب الطلب

  • يمكن إلغاء المنتجات المخصصة والشخصية والمصنّعة حسب الطلب (بما فيها المطبوعات ثلاثية الأبعاد المخصصة) مع استرداد كامل المبلغ قبل بدء الإنتاج فقط.
  • وبعد بدء الإنتاج، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب، ويكون المنتج غير قابل للإرجاع إلا في حال وجود عيب، وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

4. الاشتراكات والمشتريات المتكررة

حيثما تُتاح خيارات الاشتراك أو الشراء المتكرر (مثل خطط إعادة تعبئة خيوط الطباعة):

  • يمكنكم إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من خلال حسابكم على الموقع أو بالتواصل معنا.
  • يسري الإلغاء اعتبارًا من دورة الفوترة التالية. ولا تُسترد المبالغ المحصّلة عن طلب تم شحنه أو جارٍ تجهيزه للشحن كإلغاء، مع بقاء المنتجات المسلّمة خاضعة لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.
  • لتجنّب احتساب رسوم الدورة التالية، يُرجى الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الفوترة المقرر التالي.
  • تنتهي أي أسعار ترويجية مرتبطة بمدة اشتراك محددة عند الإلغاء المبكر، وتعود الطلبات المستقبلية (إن وُجدت) إلى الأسعار العادية. ولا نفرض أي رسوم على إنهاء الاشتراك.

5. الشراء بالتقسيط والدفع الآجل

  • تخضع الطلبات المدفوعة عبر مزودي خدمات التقسيط أو الدفع الآجل (مثل تابي أو تمارا، حيثما تتوفر) لقواعد الإلغاء نفسها المذكورة أعلاه.
  • عند اعتماد الإلغاء أو الاسترداد، نقوم بإخطار مزود خدمة الدفع، الذي يتولى إلغاء أو تعديل الأقساط المتبقية واسترداد المبالغ المدفوعة وفقًا لشروطه ومواعيده الخاصة. وتخضع أي رسوم يفرضها المزود مباشرةً لاتفاقيتكم معه.

6. استرداد المبالغ بعد الإلغاء

تُعاد مبالغ الإلغاء المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يومًا، وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال. أما مبالغ الدفع عند الاستلام المسددة فتُعاد عبر تحويل بنكي.

7. حقنا في الإلغاء

يجوز لنا إلغاء أي طلب أو اشتراك في حالات عدم توفر المخزون أو أخطاء التسعير أو العرض أو الاشتباه بالاحتيال أو قيود مناطق التوصيل. وفي هذه الحالات تستردون كامل المبالغ المدفوعة عن الطلب الملغى.

8. التواصل

لإلغاء أي خيار شراء أو الاستفسار عن حالة الإلغاء، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" على الموقع أو من خلال قنوات الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني المعلنة لدينا، مع ذكر رقم الطلب. ولا يوجد في هذه السياسة ما يحد من حقوقكم المقررة بموجب القانون الاتحادي رقم (15) لسنة 2020 في شأن حماية المستهلك.
